Verona Sightseeing

19 June 2011

Another busy, exhausting, fun day checking out the rest of the sights in some really hot summer temperatures.

Walking through Castelvecchio a very famous castle of northern italy

Some restored armour found in the castle grounds

Theres nothing better than a delicous european kebab for lunch. And in Verona they even add chips which actually make it taste really yum.

Icecream ion a roll........something that we have yet to try

Juiettes tomb - it is so worn as people in the past have taken pieces as momentos............and who is that inside

The national science museum was really cool

Bones of a big whale

I even spotted this slalom course along the river - shame I had no boat

The whole current city has been built over the old city. This is an old preserved roman road.

A art exhibition from a famous Italien photogragher

We have been cooking lots of authentic yummy italien dinners
