During the day there isnt much to do so one of the workers from Hawaii village took us on a boat tour of the mangrove swamp. We explored a hidden path through the thick mangrove forest where we ended up at a cool little lake and island. It was constantly changing as we moved from red to white to black and green mangrove trees with a heap of crabs, birds and mosquitos at every corner.
Since joseph (another volunteer) and I have never been horse riding, the girls made us come on a ride along the beach.
