Again, this weekend proved to be a tough one. In no other race have I seen Olympic and World Champions pulled apart with touches and 50's which gives an idea of the difficulty of the courses.
Despite my slow runs I made it through to semis in 20th spot and finished 22nd today. I had a slow first half of the course touching the first two gates and being offline on a tricky stagger on gate 10 that saw me loose a good 20 seconds. I got back online in the second half of the the course but was out of reach of the finals. Mike was 2 seconds down on the final finishing in 13th and Louise improved on her 28th place yesterday ending up in 19th today.
The organisers had some on and off road go karting and car test driving. So much fun : )
