Training has been going well. The Russians, Chinese, Dutch, and Slovakian teams are still here making a good competitive training environment.
I had a rest day yesterday where I went and visited a mate at Gosford (northern beaches). It was the rainiest, windiest day of the trip but that didn’t stop us going swimming. The place had a mint beach with surprisingly warm water and some nice cafes where we hung all day.
