Its been another busy week of training here in Penrith. On Sunday we raced in the Penrith Valley Canoe Club race, we have had a couple of bbqs and went into the blue mountains to Katoomba yesterday for our rest day. The weather has been cold and rainy most of the week which is awesome as I have been able to sleep.
The Australian Nationals are coming up next week on the 25th and 26th of January.
