The actual falls were huge, with the bottom recuirk and the wave before the drop had turned into a hole making it super tricky.
Some sweet racing at Mangahao. Lots of touches and 50's were given redesigned course. I cant remember results but Luca took home the spot prize of a new bliss stick kayak : )
On the way back to vegas Huka was flowing at 150 cumecs (very big) and Mike ran it (see pics).
Back in Rotorua I had a mint day off walking to Lake Tarawera past the falls with a mate from Aucks, as well as laxing in the natural hot pools at the batch.
