Juggler performing for us at the lights
Check out the traffic light......confused?
It all happens at the traffic lights. This morning we had some guys performing for us at the red lights, juggling balls and dancing around as well as other locals trying to sell us gnomes, fruit and trying to get us to go to their restaurants.

Could you kindly explain, why Brazilians have 6 red lights and 6 green lights on their traffic light? What does it mean for drivers or for pedestrians? In fact I'd be very confused by such a traffic light

I'm not Mark, but I've seen this light in Brazil, and figured it out after a few cycles.
The bottom 3 lights are always lit, L to R, Red, Yellow, Green. The lights above are 5 (about a second each) countdowns to the next light. It's been a year, but it was pretty much something like that!
