We have been trained by English coach Kidda for the last week here in Prague. He had us paddling hard on the whitewater, learning the tricky moves of prague. Had a session at Roudnice this morning to avoid the Czech Cup race in Troja today. It has some really big stoppers and waves, only 40 Minutes out of Prague which was good for a break.
On Friday we moved accommodation where we were to stay the week in prep for the world cup. That was short lived when we moved out the next day (accomodation was very similar to Strabia) to a nice quiet, cool place, away from where the trams zoom past all night.
Johann turned up yesterday and national training starts tomorrow, so its all go from here.
