It was my first time on this wicked artifical course here in Tekapo. It was a little cold (snowed) for most of it, so cold that it was warmer to put our hands in the snow melt waters than leave them exposed to the air when waiting to do a run : ) one day we made a fire and huddled around in on our walk backs.
We then spent a couple of days in Palmy were I had all my immunisation jabs before heading back to the batch.
